Innovation Advocate&trade Program

OVO offers a standard five day training program to train the high potential individuals in your organization. The Innovation Advocate program is designed to introduce a broad range of people to a number of innovation topics, techniques and methods. The program includes an introduction to the strategy of innovation, customer insight tools and their uses, idea generation facilitation and methods, innovation process overview and evaluation, and topics in innovation leadership and culture. The program can be delivered over five consecutive days or distributed over several weeks. The Innovation Advocate training can be tailored to the needs of your team or organization.

These training programs leverage many years of innovation experience and are delivered in the format that is most appropriate for each audience. Senior leadership courses are delivered in short half day workshops, while innovation leadership training may require several days. In person and self-paced programs are available for broader audiences.
