We sell our software in three models: SaaS, hosted and licensed. These different approaches provide greater flexibility for our customers.

Regardless of the option, we license concurrent users. Concurrent user licensing means you can sign up a larger number of user IDs in the application, but are limited to the number of concurrent licenses using the software simultaneously.

The best option for smaller teams, our applications can be up and running very quickly, usually in just a few hours. We offer Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security for connections over the web and run our software instances in a scalable, secure data center on a segmented but shared database. This option provides robust software at a low price and is limited to 10 concurrent users or less.

Pricing
The SaaS model is available on a month by month basis when acquired using a credit card. Spark costs $80 per user per month on a month by month basis. Costs are lower with a longer commitment.

Using the hosted model, our applications can be up and running very quickly, usually in just a few days. We offer Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security for connections over the web and run our software instances in a scalable, secure data center. Each client is hosted on a unique hardware instance.

Pricing
Spark is offered on 12 month or 36 month subscription, starting at 10 concurrent users and scaling up to 500 concurrent users. Pricing starts at $25,000 per for twelve months for a 10 concurrent user subscription, or about $40 per user per month.

You may be interested in housing the application and data locally and making a one time purchase of the OVO Incubator for your team. If that is the case, the licensed solution is your best option. You will purchase the software initially, and have your team or ours install it at your physical location making use of your database and webservers, already in place.
